Rental periods start and end on Saturdays and the minimum stay is one week.

*Prices are intended for weekly rentals and include: power, water, gas and linen, replaced every week.

 
Booking
At the time of booking, guests are required to pay by bank draft 30% of the total rental amount.
Upon arrival, a 400 euros guarantee deposit is required.

No reduction in the rent will be granted if during the stay adverse weather conditions or transportation problems arise.

Check-in time is on Saturdays between 1600 and 1800, while check-out is on Saturdays between 0800 and 1000. Guests are required to leave the house in the same conditions in which they have found it.

1) Cancellation:
for cancellations notified within 45 days of arrival, 10% of the rent will be forfeit; for cancellations after this time 30% of the rent will be forfeit.

2) Occupants of the properties are covered by a personal accident insurance.
