The Villa
The authentic beauty of Tuscany lives on in the outstanding town of Montepulciano, with its countryside, woodland, lush vineyards, multicolored flowers, olive treetops in the shape of clouds.
From the majestic church of San Biagio, following a white dirt-road running through the countryside one arrives at a remote and bucolic haven. At the foot of a hillock amidst secular cypresses, along a pathway sided by shrubs of lavender and brooms, the sweetness of the Tuscan hills inhabits this typical country house, solid, linear, simple.
Podere Elisa, a splendid farmhouse built with local stone, is located amidst the green of the countryside surrounding the town of Montepulciano; it is right in the middle of a large enclosed garden, in a beautiful and tranquil area, set in the heart of a wonderful natural reserve amid olive trees, fruit trees and centuries-old cypresses.
You will relax by taking a walk into the woods near the house and resting by an ancient spring.
The interior structure of the house is that of the typical Tuscan country house, with glass doors on the first floor and rooms with a view of the town of Montepulciano and the countryside, on the second floor.
The inside
On the first floor there is a triple living room equipped with a fireplace, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor, three large double rooms, a bathroom with shower.
All rooms are equipped with antique furniture.
Around the house, our guests can enjoy a well-kept garden, with lush plants and flowers, equipped with outdoor furniture: chairs and tables for outdoor dinners, a barbecue, deckchairs for sunbathing.
The house is supplied with all cons: satellite tv, washing machine, kitchenware, independent central heating, linen. All windows come with mosquito nets.
